THE KING OF STEAM · FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Build an offer your customers can use.

Bring us a customer need, a creative idea or a service you want to develop. Chuck and Vilma help connect AI-assisted planning, visual storytelling, garment development and QR experiences to a defined project.

Commission the work. Learn a repeatable process. Discuss how KOS can support your own customer projects.

Choose a useful starting point

A garment concept ready for production review

Develop the audience, artwork direction and garment brief. Review placement, materials, sizing, sample requirements and production costs before committing to a run. Manufacturing and delivery are scoped with the production partner.

A visual story for a brand

Turn a client brief into photography, film or campaign content. AI can support research, planning and idea development; Chuck and Vilma bring creative direction, image-making and presentation judgment to the work.

A garment that opens a digital experience

Connect clothing to a product story, film or inquiry destination. Plan the printed code and mobile page together, then test the scan on the actual garment. Hosting, maintenance and measurement are defined in the project scope.

Use what you build to serve your own customers

An agency could add wearable campaigns to an exhibition brief. A creative entrepreneur could develop a focused apparel offer. A studio could connect its imagery to products and a digital story. These are possible applications, shaped around your customers and your ability to deliver.

Start with one defined project. Document the work, responsibilities and costs. If the process fits, discuss ongoing KOS support for further customer projects.

Partnership terms that make the work clear

Licensing and white-label arrangements are discussed individually. Each agreement needs to specify what you may use or adapt, whose branding appears, who owns the work, which services KOS provides, how customers are supported, the term and the fees.

Production, sampling, shipping, hosting and ongoing support are itemized where required. The current Clothing Studio is an artwork-placement workspace; integrated AI generation and automated manufacturing or fulfillment are not included.

Start with your next customer problem

Tell us who you serve, what you want to deliver, your target date and a working budget range. We will use that brief to discuss an appropriate scope.

An offer should stand up to hard questions.

Before a project begins, define the deliverable, rights, costs, production responsibilities and customer handover. We apply these questions to our own proposals and encourage designers to ask them of every promoter and production partner.

After the runway, build the next step.

Before you pay for a fashion show: use the checklist

A show can introduce your work. The business continues through the offer, production decisions and customer conversations that follow.

A scoped KOS engagement can help you define a customer and product brief, review artwork placement, identify sample and supplier questions, shape a product story and create an inquiry destination.

Prepare for the customer conversation.

Develop a practical outreach and follow-up plan: identify suitable prospects, prepare a concise introduction and portfolio, explain the price basis and delivery terms, and track the next agreed action. We define the work, responsibilities, fees and timing before starting. Production and delivery require a confirmed scope.

Discuss your next business step

Learn the process. Build an offer. Serve your own clients.

Commission KOS to deliver a project, learn a process you can apply, or agree support for work you sell to your own customers. These are different engagements with different responsibilities.

Start with one customer need. Develop an AI-assisted concept, document human decisions, define the output and price basis, then present the offer and refine it from the response. Ongoing production, support, licensing or white-label arrangements are scoped separately.

Illustrative application: a design studio develops an event garment and QR destination for its client. KOS supports the agreed creative or production work; the studio manages its client relationship. This describes a possible engagement, not a completed sales result.
